Position Overview

We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our founding team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in mobile and web product design with a keen eye for building trust through intuitive interfaces. You'll own the end-to-end design process from user research and wireframes through to high-fidelity designs and design system foundations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of UI and UX components across web and mobile platforms, contribute to and evolve our design system.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Build an intuitive, engaging interface that makes the experience seamless and trustworthy.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate concepts clearly to stakeholders and developers.
• Communicate design concepts and decisions clearly to stakeholders, engineers, and collaborators.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in product and UI/UX design
• Portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX work across web and mobile platforms(please include your portfolio in the application)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork

Required Skills

• Strong user-centered design approach, with experience solving problems in complex or technical domains
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Sketch
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
• Experience with mobile-first and responsive design

Preferred Skills

• Experience with motion design or micro-interactions
• Ability to work effectively in an agile, fast-paced startup environment
• Experienced or interested in collectibles, marketplaces, or consumer products
