What will your typical day look like?As a Manager you will:
- Be responsible for executing and closing M&A transactions, with occasional sourcing in a team-based approach
- Leverage your education and experience to quickly develop an understanding of the client business and its drivers, including analysis of historical performance, working capital, capital expenditures, forecasts and underlying assumptions
- With the support of Analysts and Senior Associates, lead the preparation of market documents, including pitch materials, confidential offering memoranda, management & board presentations
- Lead the development of comprehensive financial & valuation analyses, and detailed financial models for transactions
- Conduct financial, business and industry due diligence to evaluate the risk/return parameters of a transaction
- Build and maintain ongoing, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients and develop pitch presentations on actionable M&A opportunities
- Support Partners and Senior managers in their relationship management responsibilities and execution of transactions
- Prioritize your objectives and contribute to project planning and status reporting

Enough About Us, Let’s Talk About YouYou are someone with:
- Completion of an undergraduate degree or MBA (with consideration for specializing in finance or accounting or both) with outstanding academic credentials
- Completion of MBA, CPA, CBV or CFA
- Approximately 4-5 years of relevant work experience in corporate finance and investment banking (including managing divestiture processes).
- Proven analytical skills and systematic problem solving
- Attention to detail and strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Capital IQ)
- Strong commitment to professional client service excellence
- Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
- Superior verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
- Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $86,000 - $144,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
