Job OverviewInterior Lawn & Landscape and LP Property Group are hiring a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Assistant / Operations Coordinator to support daily business operations across both companies.
This role involves a wide range of responsibilities including scheduling, client communication, quote preparation, internal coordination, and administrative support.
You will also assist with social media management, reporting, and basic sales support, making this a key role in the growth and organization of the business.
Priority will be given to candidates with experience in small business startups, growth, and company development.
This is a fully remote position, working approximately 4 hours per day (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) with flexibility as needed.
Responsibilities- Manage scheduling, calendars, and job coordination
- Prepare and send quotes to clients
- Conduct client follow-ups and maintain communication
- Manage and respond to company emails
- Coordinate with sales, maintenance, and project teams
- Assist with short-term rental communication (guests, bookings, inquiries)
- Oversee and manage company social media accounts
- Capture and organize business data and job information
- Develop reports, procedures, and internal documentation
- Submit required information to accounting (quarterly support)
- Track leads, inquiries, and client interactions
- Provide weekly progress and activity reports
- Assist in converting leads into booked jobs or services
Qualifications- Strong computer and software skills (email, spreadsheets, documents, etc.)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable communicating with clients and guests professionally
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience with scheduling, admin, or coordination roles (preferred)
- Experience or familiarity with small business operations, startups, or growth environments (strong asset)
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks across two businesses
- Reliable internet and dedicated workspace for remote work
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems
