A rapidly growing fulfillment and distribution company serving North America’s leading e-commerce brands is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager or Supervisor to lead operations at our Vancouver fulfillment center. In this role, you will oversee daily operations of a fast-paced fulfillment facility, managing a team of 10–30 warehouse associates including supervisors, pickers, packers, shippers, and forklift operators. You will develop and enforce SOPs for picking, packing, returns, inventory, and outbound shipments tailored to e-commerce fulfillment models, while monitoring and improving key KPIs such as order accuracy, OTIF (on-time-in-full), pick/pack rates, dock-to-stock time, and space utilization efficiency. Responsibilities include overseeing inbound receiving, ensuring all outbound shipments (small parcel, LTL, FTL) are dispatched accurately and on time across multiple channels including Amazon FBA, DTC, and retail, and leading regular team huddles and performance briefings. You will conduct root-cause analysis of operational issues, enforce warehouse layout optimization and slotting strategies, ensure inventory accuracy exceeding 99.5% through cycle counts and physical counts, and collaborate with customer service and logistics teams. Additionally, you will supervise WMS implementation and training, manage hiring and coaching of team members, lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen/Lean/Six Sigma), conduct safety audits, prepare weekly operations reports, and serve as the escalation point for operational issues while fostering a positive team culture aligned with safety, service, and accountability.
Warehouse Manager/Supervisor Requirements- Manager: 5+ years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution operations, including 2+ years in a leadership role; Supervisor: 3+ years of experience, including 1+ years in a leadership role
- Hands-on experience managing a team of 10–30 warehouse staff in a fulfillment center or 3PL setting
- Strong working knowledge of WMS platforms, inventory systems, and barcode scanning processes
- Proven ability to analyze operational data, drive productivity and accuracy improvements, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills; strong understanding of workplace safety practices and BC labour regulations; forklift certification preferred; Mandarin language proficiency preferred
Warehouse Manager/Supervisor Benefits- Warehouse Supervisor – From $65,000 per year; Manager – From $85,000 per year, plus performance based year-end bonus.
