OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Workday HCM Core & Advanced Compensation Principal Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading complex HRIS implementations and optimisation projects, specialising in Workday HCM and Compensation modules. Duties- Lead end-to-end implementation and optimisation of Workday HCM Core and Advanced Compensation modules, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Analyse client HR processes and translate them into effective system configurations within Workday.
- Manage data entry, validation, and migration activities to ensure data integrity across HRIS platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Workday with other systems such as Salesforce, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and ATS platforms.
- Provide expert guidance on HR best practices, system design, and process improvements.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on Workday functionalities and updates.
- Develop comprehensive documentation including configuration guides, test plans, and user manuals.
- Support social media management initiatives related to HR technology solutions where applicable.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
Skills- Extensive experience with HRIS systems, particularly Workday HCM Core & Advanced Compensation modules.
- Strong understanding of human resources processes and best practices across diverse organisational structures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Proven expertise in data entry, data migration, and system integration involving Salesforce, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and other HR platforms.
- Familiarity with social media management tools as they relate to employer branding or internal communications strategies.
- Demonstrated administrative experience supporting HR or IT functions in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of ATS systems and their integration with HRIS platforms for streamlined recruitment workflows.
