Key Responsibilities:- Manage functional requirements, testing, and support for payroll integrations between ADP and Workday.
- Ensure accurate data flow and compliance across payroll systems.
- Design, develop, and test integrations to/from Workday HCM.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve payroll-related issues.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting of payroll integrations.
Required Skills:- 8+ years of experience in payroll operations and system integrations.
- Strong expertise in Workday HCM and ADP Global Payroll.
- Solid understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and data flows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:- Experience in designing and developing Workday payroll integrations.
- Exposure to integration tools and testing frameworks.
