Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end implementation and ongoing management of UKG workforce management solutions across the organization.
- Oversee complex scheduling and timekeeping processes at an enterprise level, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and labor regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including HR, Operations, and IT—to optimize system performance and user adoption.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, optimize labor utilization, and drive process improvements.
- Act as the primary liaison with UKG and other technology vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to internal teams regarding best practices in workforce management, particularly in unionized environments.
- Develop training materials and deliver end-user training to ensure effective system utilization.
- Ensure all workforce management practices align with collective bargaining agreements and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:- 7+ years of progressive experience in workforce management, with at least 3 years leading UKG implementations.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, enterprise-level scheduling and timekeeping systems.
- Experience working within healthcare, or in complex unionized environments such as manufacturing or ER&I.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, union regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external vendors.
